• Make learning stick. My magic lies in transforming boring presentations into actual learning, using tools like storytelling, reflection, games, and scenarios.

• Design with learning science in mind. Every design choice is based on solid application of proven learning theories.

• Plan and host end-to-end workshops (both online and in-person). I love this! Would do it even if I was already a millionaire. 

My Learning Design journey started with a question: What makes effective learning? Since then I've embarked on a treasure hunt: to join a range of learning experiences and critically analyze them to see what works and what doesn't. I've also dug into the world of learning theories, which to me is like a fascinating labyrinth that learning nerds like me would deeply enjoy. 

I apply what I've learned in hosting online and in-person workshops, mostly on Public Speaking, and in the multiple online courses I designed for global professionals. It has been an intellectually rewarding journey, and I'm excited to dive even deeper into it every day.
